It's surprising what you can fit in the space under the stairs - in this case a toilet and sink in Carlton
Modern sanitary ware and fittings certainly make improvements like this more possible. As you can see from the photo below, it was a tight squeeze but this is a really useful addition to a family home in Carlton.
We all know that that space under the stairs is usually full of clutter so converting it for use as a downstairs loo really does make sense.
